How to Request an IRA Distribution Online

To redeem from your IRA account online, please complete the following steps:

  1. Sign on to Primerica Shareholder Services (see link below).
  2. If you have multiple accounts, click on the desired account number from your Account List; if you have a single registration skip to the next step
  3. Click on the "Redeem" link on the left of the Account Holdings screen.
  4. Select the from fund, the location to which your redemption proceeds should be sent, and indicate how much to redeem. Then, click the "Next>" button.
  5. Review the "Distribution Elections" screen. If any input fields or drop-down boxes are presented to you, complete those fields. Then, if the information presented is accurate, click the "Next>" button. Otherwise, click "Cancel" and submit your IRA Distribution using the paper form available to the right of this "Learn How" page link.
  6. If your "Distribution Election" information was correct and you clicked "Next>" then the "Confirm Redemption" screen will be presented. Review this information and click "Accept" to continue or "Cancel" to leave your Asset Allocations as-is.
